Our debtor tracing service has a high accuracy rate of 99% and we provide the address of the debtor on a full and final basis. If we cannot source a current address at the time of the search then we would refund the case in full within 7 days from date of purchase.
Basis of Search
The information upgrades are supplied on an if found basis as each case is unique and the fee is for the search to be performed not the information to be located or not located as the case might be. The fee is only refundable if no current address is confirmed for the search, to clarify if the address is verified as current by us i.e. supplied by us, the total fee is due and nonrefundable.
The background information upgrades if selected is a fee per case regardless of the level of additional information provided.

Further Information
For the avoidance of doubt, we do not offer to recheck of supplied cases and the reduced tracing fee reflects this level of service provision, we advice you always wait 4 weeks from the moving out date to confidently ensure the data is reflective of the current residency.
Premium services are offered with a 60 day retrace policy but this only re confirms the supplied data but does not offer any refund guarantee for the avoidance of doubt.
We will charge/retain the paid fee for the following circumstances
Supply of a confirmed new address of the debtor
Supply of a deceased status with the date of death of the debtor
Supply of the original last known address where the subject debtor still shows on recent datasets with recent activity at the supplied address.
All services ordered online will be issued a email receipt with our VAT details.
All tracing is completed within 24 hours normally and a maximum of 7 days. All timescales are working days/hours i.e. 10 am – 4 pm Monday to Friday.

Disclaimer: A verified current address is defined as an up-to-date residential address for the individual you are tracing, independently confirmed through reliable and reputable data sources — including, but not limited to, credit reference agency databases, electoral roll information, and other compliant and authoritative datasets. Each address provided is professionally checked and validated to ensure both accuracy and recency. The address will represent the most recent known place of residence where the subject is reasonably likely to receive correspondence. If we are unable to locate and verify a current address, a full refund will be issued in line with this guarantee. If a subject is deceased, overseas or other status that makes it impossible for us to locate and trace their UK address then we will still retain the fee. Please note: our decision on whether an address is deemed verified and current is final, and no disputes or appeals will be entered into once a report has been issued.
