Copy Report

If you have not received your report within 48 hours at the supplied email address you can request a copy is resent free of charge.

Before ordering this service please check your Spam and Junk folder in your email as on many occasions missing report emails are in these folders. DebtTrace™ sends reports as attachments and many email clients detect this as Spam.

Please make sure to supply your order number so we can access your account and supply the correct report to you. Your order number can be found on your original order confirmation email.

If you do not have an order confirmation please insert 0000 and we will search by name and date. When you have not received an order confirmation this can indicate a misspelling of the email address on the original order.
